Shipping & Payment Info

1. Ceramic and Pottery Orders
   1. For Pottery orders, we offer shipping via UPS, USPS and FedEx. We offer shipping domestically and internationally at whatever rate the shipping conglomerates offer to us as a small business, and those are listed for your order at checkout.
2. Merch Store Orders
   1. Items from the Merch Store are created and delivered by a 3rd party company named Printful. Once you order, they will create your item and ship it to you directly.

Customs, duties, and taxes

• Hakes and Co. is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Order Processing

1. For Custom orders, please expect a 4-8 week turn time from order to shipping. Ceramic items take awhile to create and dry before they are ready to fire, and we do our best to get your custom items created and turned around as quickly as possible. We will keep you updated throughout the process and let you know if there are any unforeseen delays.
2. All other items listed in our shop that are not listed as "custom" are in stock currently and ready to send out after order processing, typically within 2-3 days.
